Why GOV.GD doesn't rebuild this service

The NIS already runs a working online portal for contribution records. GOV.GD's job here is discovery and preparation, not duplication. When the NIS exposes an API, this service upgrades to Model A and your statement appears without leaving GOV.GD. Same entry page, deeper integration.
