What happens there

  1. Request the name search at the counter and pay EC$25. Results usually come back the same day.
  2. Submit your completed form with your ID and pay EC$110 at the cashier.
  3. Collect your certificate of registration in 3 to 5 working days.
Common reasons applications are turned away: name already registered or too similar to an existing name, form signed by only one partner in a partnership, missing photo id for an owner or partner.
